” Remember Lot’s wife. [33] Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it. ”
” Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”

It is written in Proverbs 23:18 NKJV
” For surely there is a hereafter, And your hope will not be cut off.”
Therefore we passionately pray for you that:
You will fulfil destiny and live to please God.
You will not lose your heavenly passport and visa
It does not matter what situation you might be passing through now, it has come and it will pass
You will prevail at last and laugh last in the powerful name of Jesus. AMEN and AAAMEN.
Todays edition is focused on Remembering Lot’s wife according to the instruction of our Lord and saviour. Obedience to this instruction as it is written in Luke 17:32 above is fundamental to a life of consistency and victory.
The story of Lot’s wife is rather peculiar for the several reasons.
1. She was not mentioned when her husband made the wrong choice of the land that turned out to be Sodom and Gomorrah.
2. She was obviously not a good counsellor to her husband unlike Abigail.
3. She had a negative influence or she did not have enough positive influence on her daughters especially in the light of how they turned out.
4. She had imbibed too much of Sodom and Gomorrah.
5. Her affection was predominantly on things on earth and especially in Sodom contrary to God’s instructions in Colossians 3:2.
6. Despite the fact that an angel was holding her hand she still looked back and became a pillar of salt.(Genesis 19:26)
7. Her husband who was also held by the angel did not look back despite the fact that the wife did.
LESSONS FROM THE LIFE OF LOT’S WIFE.
1. Whoever thinks he stands let him take heed to avoid falling.
2. It is not all those who left Egypt among children of Israel got to Canaan, similarly it is not all the members of Lots family who left Sodom and Gomorrah made it to safety finally.
3. It does not matter what heaven does some people will still miss it. Make it your utmost priority not to miss heaven.
4. In the light of our second scriptural reference it will require steadfastness and full determination not to look back.
5. Determine what can make you look back and cut off from it permanetly.
6. Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine CONTINUE in the good thing you have received, so that all will ultimately be well with you.
7. On a final note, help yourself by being busy focusing your affection on things above.
8. Just the way this working week is ending today, an end is coming to all our activities on earth and nobody knows when that will be therefore live ready. Shalom.
