Text: Zechariah 4:1-7
” Now the angel who talked with me came back and wakened me, as a man who is wakened out of his sleep. [2] And he said to me, “What do you see?” So I said, “I am looking, and there is a lampstand of solid gold with a bowl on top of it, and on the stand seven lamps with seven pipes to the seven lamps. [3] Two olive trees are by it, one at the right of the bowl and the other at its left.” [4] So I answered and spoke to the angel who talked with me, saying, “What are these, my lord?” [5] Then the angel who talked with me answered and said to me, “Do you not know what these are?” And I said, “No, my lord.” [6] So he answered and said to me: “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts. [7] ‘Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone With shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”
Greetings of higher spiritual realm to you our much valued reader and friend wherever you might be joining us for this edition of your firerised feast of the word and prayers worldover.
We believe God for you that on the infallible authority of Revelation 4:1 which says:
Revelation
[1] After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.”
That:
The Lord God of heaven and the earth will take you to higher spiritual realm.
The one who is higher than the highest will change your level in every area for better.
Beyond the reach of any and every antagonist God will lift you in the wonder working name of Jesus. AMEN & AAAMEN.
Today we are sharing on the second part of the Potency of spiritual awakening. Yesterday we delved into the basic characteristics of spiritual awakening. But today the search light is on the specific causative agent of spiritual awakening.
ANGELS AS IGNITIONS OF SPIRITUAL AWAKENING.
The first factor we are looking at is the intervention of an angel. The ministry of angel is divinely ordained to bring out your best, such it was for Gideon.
#….They are referred to as ministering spirits (Hebrews 1:14).
#….In our scriptural reference the angel woke Prophet Zechariah up.
In Judges 6:1-22, an angel stirred up the spirit of Gideon and brought out the conqueror and governor in him. WOW!!!
#…An Angel ministered to Jesus after a season of temptation by the devil (Mark 1:13).
#….There are angels in charge of good news Here an angel brought the good news of the birth of John the Baptist after a period of barrenness by Zachariah and Elizabeth his parents. Read the good news here in Luke 1:13-14).
Remember that it is the same angel of good news that visited Mary to announce the impending arrival of baby Jesus (Luke.1:26-31). You are the next to receive good news from your angel.
#…There are angels in charge of warfare whose responsibilities entail fighting from all fronts for children of God worldover. See an example here in II Kings 19:35..
” And it came to pass on a certain night that the angel of the Lord went out, and killed in the camp of the Assyrians one hundred and eighty-five thousand; and when people arose early in the morning, there were the corpses—all dead.”
#….Angels also bring understanding of situations by way of solutions and answers to prayers. In addition to the fact that the angel in our text above actually woke up Prophet Zechariah, he also brought understanding to the Prophet and explained a few visions which he saw and could not understand on his own.
The same is true of Daniel who.prayed seriously for the fulfillment of prophecy in his time and an angel was sent to deliver the answer to his prayers but was way-layed and delayed by the prince of Persia. The story is in Daniel 10:1-14 but specifically verse fourteen says..
” Now I have come to make you understand what will happen to your people in the latter days, for the vision refers to many days yet to come.”
PONDER ON THIS MATTER AND PRAY VERY SERIOUSLY FOR YOUR ANGELIC MINISTER TO APPEAR SOONER THAN LATER.
REVIVAL PROVOKING PRAYER BULLETS.
1. Hebrews 1:14- Father, you are too awesome for me to fathom for your plans to make angels my ministering partners. Thank you Lord in Jesus’ name.
2. Hebrews 1:14-Father mercifully put a high sense of urgency in the spirit of my ministering partners to deliver their support to me speedily everywhere I go to represent you in Jesus’ name.
3. Genesis 18:1-2- Father please don’t let me miss my ministering angels even when they appear as human beings in Jesus’ name.
4. Luke 1:13-14-Father I eagerly await the angel in charge of my good news, and I connect with him without delay today in Jesus’ name.
5. Zechariah 4:1-Father send your angel to wake me up and usher me into higher spiritual realm in Jesus’ name.
6. Daniel 10:14- Father in the order of Daniel release your angel with understanding and solutions for my all round exploits today in Jesus’ name.
7. PRAY IN THE SPIRIT VERY SERIOUSLY NOW.
