Topic: Spirit of Management: Exploring The Rule of Exemption.
Text: Genesis 2:15-17, Isaiah 11:2.

” And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. [16] And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: [17] but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.”

” and the Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;”

Greetings of maximum blessings to you our esteemed reader and friend wherever you are connecting with us for today’s firerised feast of the word and prayers worldover.

According to John 1:16.. it is written:

” And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.”

We believe and trust God to deliver the fulness of His package of blessings to you this week.
Fulness of His favour will put ordinary labour to flight for your sake and all yours.
Various situations and circumstances you will face this week will co-operate with you.
Therefore you will prevail to the glory of God in Jesus’ name. AMEN & AAAMEN.

Today being the first working week we are sharing on Spirit of Management: Exploring the exception rule.
In our scriptural reference above we read about God strategically positioning Adam in a vast garden:
A. To dress it.
B. To keep it
C. To eat from the fruits of the garden.
D. But not to eat the fruit of one tree.

Management ability is one of the benefits of being filled with the spirit of God. The work of creation reveals that there is a superior management ability at work in the whole process. That is a matter for another day.

In the garden four dimensions of management were required of Adam, they are:
A. Self management.
B. Others (human) Management
C. Situation management
D. Materials management.

It became clear later that the man failed woefully in the first two types of management expected of him.
He could manage situations and materials in the garden but could not manage himself and the other fellow given to him to manage. WAO!!!

Components of Self Management
#….Time management
#….Emotion management
#….Motivation Management
#….Future or Vision Management

Beloved take care of these areas this working week in order to possess everything God has prepared for you to enjoy this week and beyond.
But how do you go about doing that?

Embrace the seven fold manifestation of the spirit of God as we read in our second scriptures of Isaiah 11:2. PAY ATTENTION TO EACH OF THE MANIFESTATIONS AND PRAYER FULLY MAXIMIZE THEM ALL.

You also need to pay attention to the rule of exception which tells us that, every rule has an exception which in turn confirms the veracity or correctness of the rule.
God told Adam don’t eat the fruit from this tree, but the man could not effectively communicate same instruction to his spouse and execute same. He eventually brought catastrophe to humanity.

Even today beloved reader it is written all things are yours, see it in 1 Corinthians 3:21.

” Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours”

However in all your endeavors this new week remember that:
2 Timothy 2:19 explicitly stated that:

” Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.”

Take your responsibilities very, very seriously this new working:
By cry seriously to God to help you by His spirit.
By putting your hand to work very seriously
By cooperating with destiny helpers around you.
Remember:
Ecclesiastes 9:10 which says:

” Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.”

And Colossians 3:23-24 further challenges you as follows:

” and whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; [24] knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.”

Finally, embrace the fullness of Holy Spirit inspired management, avoid every no-go area.
Remember unto whom much is given from him shall much be demanded.
Whatever you cannot manage you will never be able to maximize.

PONDER SERIOUSLY ABOUT THIS MATTER AND PRAY ZEALOUSLY ON IT.

1. I Timothy 6:17b-Father I worship you and appreciate you for making all things available for me to enjoy. Thanks a lot sir in Jesus’ name.
2. Isaiah 11:2- Father, on the infallible authority of your word here, I maximize the seven-fold manifestation of the Holy Spirit for my benefit, family and my generation in Jesus’ name.
3. Isaiah 52:13- Father I receive the grace to be prudent in all my dealings this very week and to maximize every moment in the wonderful name of Jesus’ name.

5. Matthew 15:13- Father, I deliver myself from every spirit of procrastination and planlessness NOW by FORCE, BY FIRE in the name of Jesus.
6. Proverbs 19:21- Father, I come against any contrary device, human or spiritual targeting my destiny to waste it, I AM NOT YOUR CANDIDATE be neutralized and frustrated in Jesus’ name.
7. LET US PRAY IN THE SPIRIT NOW, ONLY THE COUNSEL OF THE LORD SHALL STAND IN MY LIFE.
