Topic: Becoming a Wonder Through His Word
Text: Psalm 119:18; Ephesians 1:17-18
[18] Open thou mine eyes, That I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
” that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: [18] the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,”
Greetings of increasing progress to you beloved reader and friend wherever you may be connecting with us for today’s edition of your fire generating and distributing feast of the word and prayers worldover.
According to 1 Timothy 4:15 which says:
” Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.”
We passionately pray for you that,:
The most high will make your service to His Kingdom absolutely profitable in all areas of life.
Your profiting will be seen by all and sundry.
You will have lots and lots of wonderful testimonies in Jesus’ name. AMEN & AAAMEN.
Today’s focus is on becoming a wonder through God’s word. In our first scriptural reference above, we discovered that:
A. God can open one’s eyes
B. Obviously there are things beyond what the regular and ordinary eyes can see.
C. Things that make men to wonder, to wonder about what they were seeing and perceiving!!!
In the second Bible passage we discovered that:
#1…There are another set of eyes like that of understanding.
#2. The eyes of understanding can only be opened through the ministry of the spirit of revelation.
#3…The hope of God’s calling and the riches of the glory of His inheritance in saints will then be made known to you.
It is the access you have to these spiritual nuggets, of the hope of His calling and the riches of the glory of His inheritance in saints that make you a wonder to behold on earth.
God’s glorious wonders are kept and sealed in His word. The instrument for changing your world is God’s word.
The word is potent enough to make you wiser than your contemporaries in any sphere of life.
(Psalm 119:99-101).
Another dimension of the word is that, because the word is Jesus, wherever you preach the word Jesus is committed to show up to confirm the word and perform your counsel.
This is explicitly stated in Isaiah 44:26 like this:
” that confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof:”
Further more, when you remember that Jesus is not only the word of God he is also WONDERFUL. You will.simply say, Small wonder when you preach Jesus anywhere wonders are quick to follow. The example of Philip in samaria is profoundly relevant here for all of us to emulate and duplicate.
This man’s exploits are documented in Acts 8:5-8 as follows:
” Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them. [6] And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. [7] For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed. [8] And there was great joy in that city.”
To become a wonder to your worked through the living word of God:
1. Meditate constantly on the word of God(Joshua 1:8; Psalm 119:97). Eat it, chew it and digest it.
2. Share and distribute the word of wonders.(Mark 16:15-18).
3. Stand on the promise of the word in every situation to possess the details and manifestation of the word.(Exodus 33:14; Daniel.3:17)
4. Profess and and continuously confess the world to be able to lay hold on the wonders of the word. The woman who kept saying it shall be well eventually received what she confessed. (II Kings 4:23).
PONDER ON THIS MATTER AND LAY HOLD ON THE WORD WITH THE INTENTION OF CHANGING YOUR WORLD FOR BETTER.

REVIVAL PROVOKING PRAYER BULLETS.
1. John 1:5- Father thank you because the light inherent in your word is potent enough to put the greatest darkness to flight. Glory goes to you forever Lord in Jesus’ name.
2. Isaiah 8:18- Father because your word said am for signs and wonders, I therefore ask that by your wonder working word let my life become a wonder forever in Jesus’ name.
3. Acts 8:5-8- Father of wonders turn my ministry to a wonder for the whole word to see and wonder to your glory in the miraculous name of Jesus’ name.
4. John 1:14-Father the word that changed to flesh let it change my ministry for better in the name of Jesus.
5. Isaiah 40:5- Father I stand on your wonder working word today, let your glory inherent in your wonderful word be made manifest in every area of my life in Jesus’ name.
6. Acts 19:11- Father just the way you did it in the life of Paul, perform special miracles through me anywhere and everywhere I declare your word and use me to distribute your manifold wonders on earth in Jesus’ name.
7. LET US PRAY IN THE SPIRIT FERVENTLY NOW.
