Topic: You Will Go From Strength To Strength
Text: Psalm 84:7, Isaiah 40:29-31
” They go from strength to strength, Every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.”
” He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. [30] Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: [31] but they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
Greetings of eternal hope to you our much cherished and valued reader and friend wherever you are linking up with us for today’s edition of your firerised feast of the word and prayer world over.
We have utmost confidence in the word of life as it is written in Job 14:7 as follows:
” For there is hope of a tree, If it be cut down, that it will sprout again, And that the tender branch thereof will not cease.”
We passionately pray that:
Father, by your everlasting power let the hope of every reader be sustained for life.
Father the eternal hope of my readers will not be lost and by this contact today, let divine restoration of whatever they have lost be effected immediately in Jesus’ name. AMEN & AAAMEN.
We want to share briefly on You will go from strength to strength.
Today being the end of the working week, it is possible that somebody reading this piece is saying “thank God its friday, I can’t wait to see the end of today so that I can have my well deserved rest because am tired”
I have a word for you, you won’t need to wait till the end of the week to be renewed, rather you will go from strength to strength, henceforth weariness and tiredness will no longer be associated with you.
In our first scriptural reference above we read that you can actually go from strength to strength. You may be tempted to say how?
That is the question the second scriptural reference is meant to answer, among other powerful promises of God.
HOW YOU CAN RENEW YOUR STRENGTH.
#1….Be praiseful and thankful for whom God is and for all you are and have. Remember:
• God loved to be praised and doing so brings God closer to you..(Psalm 34:1; Psalm 22:3)
• Fullness of joy only comes by so doing.(Psalm.16:11).
#2….Be hopeful, and rely on God’s infallible promises of renewal of your strength, remember that you can never fully find out God’s ways, faith in His word is imperative for accessing the strength promised.
#3….Get God excited by winning souls, and introducing people to Christ..
• This will provoke rejoicing in heaven and deliver untold joy to you here on earth too, remember Nehemiah said “…THE JOY OF THE LORD IS YOUR STRENGTH”
#4…Get involved in helping the needy around you. It is not difficult to identify needy people around you, anyone you can support however small, this singular act will stir up your inner strength, those who don’t support others below their socio economic level don’t know what they are missing. Great joy and inner strength indeed is accessible and available.
#5….The most popular and often mentioned channel of renewal is fasting and praying and this cannot be over emphasized here at all.
IF YOUR EATING TIME IS NOT BALANCED WITH EQUAL TIME OF FASTING YOU ARE GRADUALLY WASTING WITHOUT KNOWING. You can quote me anywhere on this.
In II Corinthians 11:27 Paul spoke of “..in fasten often..” as one of prices he paid!!! Truth be told, you only dodge this fasting at the peril of your destiny. BEWARE!!!.
PONDER ON THIS MATTER AND REFIRE IN PRAYER IF YOU MUST FLY HIGHER.

REVIVAL PROVOKING PRAYER NUGGETS.
1. Psalm 59:17- Father you are the God of all strength and your glory goes to you forever in Jesus’ name.
2. Psalm 68:34- Father, mercifully baptise me with the excellent strength of yours that I may run my race with excellence to the end in Jesus’ name.
3. II Samuel 3:1- Father, drench me with the shower of your strength from heaven and make me strong on a continual basis in Jesus’ name.
4. Isaiah 12:2- Father you are my salvation, Lord Jehovah you are my strength, uphold me and don’t allow my strength to fail, in the wonderful name of Jesus.
5. Psalm 110:2- Father the everlasting strength needed to rule amongst my foes, let it rest upon me today in Jesus’ name.
6. Isaiah 25:4- Father, make me your strength to the needy, the poor and the refuge from storms in the wonderful name of Jesus.
7. IT’S TIME TO PRAY IN THE SPIRIT AND FERVENTLY TOO.
