Topic Eternal Love For Eternal Life 2
Text: Matthew 4:17, Jeremiah 31:3, John 3:16
” From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”
” The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.”
” For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Greetings of deep and unsearchable understanding to you dearly beloved reader and friend, wherever you are connecting with us for today’s edition of your firerised feast of the word and prayers worldover.
Because it is written in Isaiah 40:28 that:
” Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.”
Therefore, the unsearchable understanding of God that makes a man outstanding will avail for you in all its totality in Jesus’ name.
The Lord, the creator of the ends of the earth will insulate you from all forms of weaknesses.
You will keep shinning on an increasing order in Jesus’ name.AMEN & AAAMEN.
Yesterday we treated the first part of this insight titled ETERNAL LOVE FOR ETERNAL LIFE.
If you desire to reciprocate the uncommon love of God, ensure that you do and very well also, what the master did and prophesied about.
According to our first scriptural reference, Jesus began some things:
#1…Jesus began to preach
#2…Jesus’ preaching began with REPENTANCE
#3…Because the Kingdom of heaven is at hand.
It is our humble opinion that every believer in Christ should be a preacher and this can be corroborated from the instruction of Jesus to His disciples in Mark 16:15-17
” And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”
” He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned”
“And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues”
Preach to people directly, preach even indirectly,
Preach virtually, preach physically. Preaching should be a compulsory course when it is convenient or when it is inconvenient, in season and out of season.
Secondly, REPENTANCE should be the kernel of our message. The word repentance came from hebrew word ” Teshuva” whiçh means ‘to return’
Repentance therefore connotes:
#1…A turning away from satan
#2…A returning or a turning again to God.
Humanity must be made to understand that:
” if anyone.is in Christ,..he is a new person’ an individual who had earlier turned away from Satan, and RETURN to God.
Finally, Jesus made it clear that he represented a kingdom, a peculiar kingdom of light and this must be our chorus worldover.
Matthew 6:33 made divine priority very clear.
If the King of Kings has redeemed you as a King according to Revelation 5:10, it should be spread abroad so that lesser Kings can be dethroned and the ALMIGHTY might reign supreme.
Every other preaching should be secondary to the primary preaching of Jesus. Let’s spread the Kingdom message rather denominational message, let men repent, enough of unrepented preachers, whose messages are further complicating world evangelisation if not making it much more difficulty. Amazed the other day when i watch a so-called Apostle confess that even though he had been preaching but had never repented from sinfulness until that day!!!!May God have mercy on us all today in Jesus’ name.
An unrepented preacher is at best a tout, and at worst an agent of the devil. I REFUSE TO BE EITHER.
Beloved, what do you need to repent from today’s?
***Do you need to repent from indifference, which nailed the rich man in his relationship with Lazarus.
***Do you need to repent from religion, which has given the church a bad image and enthroned other Kings (Such as mammon) apart from the King of Kings.
PONDER ON THIS MATTER AND PRAY ABOUT THE KINGDOM AND YOUR ROLES IN IT ESPECIALLY THIS SEASON IN THE LIGHT OF THE FUTURE.
Let us pray.
REVIVAL PROVOKING PRAYER NUGGETS.
1. Jeremiah 29:11- Father, I passionately appreciate and celebrate you sir, for your good thought and plan for my life, be glorified Lord in Jesus’ name.
2. Philippians 2:5-Father, the grace to live with the mindset of Jesus so that I might please you, give it to me today in Jesus’ name.
3. Acts 11:26- Father, it is my heart felt desire that my life will showcase the fullness of your person, as it was the case with the disciples in Antioch, let this be so Lord in Jesus’ name.
4. Luke 13:3- Father, I don’t want to preach and perish, whatever I need to repent from that may be hidden from me, mercifully reveal it to me and give me the grace to repent from it TODAY in Jesus’ name.(PLEASE PRAY THIS PRAYER POINT VERY WELL, A FOUNDER WAS MERCIFULLY SENT BACK FROM HEAVEN TO GO AND RECONCILE WITH ANOTHER BELIEVER BEFORE HE COULD BE ALLOWED INTO HEAVEN!!!)
5. Jeremiah 31:3- Father, don’t let me abuse, underate or undermine your eternal love for me, rather help me to fully align with and maximise it in Jesus’ name.
6. Hebrews 11:6- Father, even as I labour in my small way, mercifully don’t let my rewards elude me ultimately in Jesus’ name.
7. PRAY IN THE SPIRIT FERVENTLY NOW.
