Topic: Other Ways To Get God Committed To You 2
Text: Exodus 23:25-27.
” And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. [26] There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil. [27] I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee.”
Greetings of special lifting to you our much cherished reader and friend wherever you are connecting with us for today’s edition of your super-fired feast of the word and prayers worldover.
Psalm 3:3 which says:
” But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; My glory, and the lifter up of mine head.”
is ignited in our spirit to pray for you seriously,
That our great God who is the shield of His people will insulate you from all evils.
The glory of the Lord will decimate every shame directed at you.
You shall be lifted above every limitation in the wonder working name of Jesus. AMEN & AAAMEN.
Today in continuation of our discussion and prayer on other ways to get God committed to you, we shall focus on the special attraction of genuine service providers to God.
In our scriptural reference above, we read about the charge of God to His specially chosen people to the effect that:
#…They were to serve God
#…Their service to God would then procure several attractive benefits to them.
Beloved reader service is a very special key to God’s heart. We have found out that whoever is ready and willing to serve God will become a candidate for sudden lifting.
For example in Mark 14:3-9 especially in verse 9
It says:
” Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached throughout the whole world, this also that she hath done shall be spoken of for a memorial of her.”
In the above passage a woman decided to serve the master with her substance and her hair, even others tried to discourage her but the master made a great pronouncement that took her from a new convert to the level of an Apostle!!!!
WHEREVER THE GOSPEL IS PREACHED WHAT SHE DID SHALL BE MENTION AS A GOOD EXAMPLE.
Serving God and His people will draw Gods attention to you at any time and in any place and make you great ultimately. God said as much in:
Mark 10:43-44 as follows…
” But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister: [44] and whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.”
A FEW OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE GOD
A. Look for a genuine church of God and enrol as a worker in any department of your calling.
B. Pay attention to kingdom expansion projects such as church planting, church building project etc.
C. Release your house as a fellowship centre.
D. Become a committed intercessor regularly praying for the body of Christ.
E. Minister and serve God by serving His servant just the way Elisha served Elijah.
It is your responsibility to look for something to do for God and to do it well without anybody telling you or supervising you, see how the word of God put it in Ecclesiastics 9:10
” Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest”
PONDER ON THIS MATTER AND PRAY ABOUT IT.
REVIVAL PROVOKING PRAYER BULLETS.
1. Psalm 92:1- Father thanks a lot for the rare priviledge to serve you, thanks a lot sir in Jesus’ name.
2. Luke 19:4- Father mercifully pump the fire of your zeal into my spirit, that I might run fast to see and serve you more than ever before in Jesus’ name.
3. Isaiah 55:5- Father as I zealously serve you let nations that I don’t know run to serve me in the name of Jesus.
4. Exodus 23:25- Father as you en-grace me to serve you, bless my water and my bread and make me a stranger to insufficiency of good things in Jesus’ name.
5. Exodus 23:26-Father as I serve you diligently I shall not suffer any form of abortion according to your word here and you will fulfill the number of my days in the wonderful name of Jesus.
6. Exodus 23:27- Father as you anoint and inspire me to serve you, let your fear fall upon on all my antagonists to overthrow and destroy them in Jesus’ name.
7. PRAY IN THE SPIRIT FERVENTLY NOW.
