Topic: Elisha’s Application of God’s Secret
Text: 2 Kings 6:8-12, 15-17

” Then the king of Syria warred against Israel, and took counsel with his servants, saying, In such and such a place shall be my camp. [9] And the man of God sent unto the king of Israel, saying, Beware that thou pass not such a place; for thither the Syrians are come down. [10] And the king of Israel sent to the place which the man of God told him and warned him of, and saved himself there, not once nor twice. [11] Therefore the heart of the king of Syria was sore troubled for this thing; and he called his servants, and said unto them, Will ye not shew me which of us is for the king of Israel? [12] And one of his servants said, None, my lord, O king: but Elisha, the prophet that is in Israel, telleth the king of Israel the words that thou speakest in thy bedchamber.
[15] And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do? [16] And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. [17] And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.”

Greetings of divine power to you dearly beloved friend and reader wherever you are connecting with us for today’s edition of your firerised feast of the word and prayer worldover.

The word of God in Psalm 62:11 says:

” God hath spoken once; Twice have I heard this; That power belongeth unto God.”

The power of the most high will work wonders in every area of your life.
Every contrary power working against you is failing and falling before you right now.
The power to prevail over every antagonist is resting on you now in Jesus’ name. AMEN & AAAMEN.

Yesterday we discussed an aspect of God’s secret but today we will share the another aspect which deals directly the manifestation of the secrets of success through God’s secret with reference to Elisha.

Meditating on our scriptural reference above we discovered that:
#1…Elisha had a set of divinely opened ears that gave him access to discussions in very a far distant place such as the inner chamber of the palace of the King of Syria.
#2…Elisha saw with his eyes another secret such that he saw the number of the chariots and told his servant not.to panic and that the people with them were more than the people with the Syrians.
#3… Elisha then prayed for his servant and God opened the eyes of his servant to see the chariots and their horses all over the surrounding mountains.
#4…Further more Elisha saw it when the King of Syria sent his messenger to arrest him in his house.
#5…Elisha even spoke about the sound of the feet of his master behind him as he was coming to arrest the man of God!!!.
BELOVED MAY YOU HAVE AN UNDENIABLE EVIDENCE OF YOUR WORSHIP OF THE MOST HIGH GOD, HENCEFORTH YOU WILL NOT SERVE GOD IN VAIN IN JESUS’ NAME.

Beloved it is very pertinent to know and yearn for secrets from God. These are of various types:

A. Secrets of success in one’s calling.
B. Secrets of the enemy that gives upper hand in battle and makes the enemy totally helpless.
C. Secrets behind liberation of a nation.(Daniel 9:1-end)
D. The secrets of God’s calling on a family, and the attendant consequences.(Genesis 12:1-3)
E. Time bound secrets and open ended secrets.(Ecclesiastes 3:1-7)
F. Where secrets domicile and the channels of sharing various secrets.
THERE IS A READER OF THIS MESSAGE GOD IS ABOUT TO REPOSITION YOU WITH A SINGLE SECRET.

PONDER ON THIS ELISHA’S PRACTICAL APPLICATION AND PRAY ABOUT IT.

Let us pray.

1. Isaiah 45:19- Father I am grateful because you have not asked me to seek you in vain. Be glorified Lord in Jesus’ name.
2. Ephesians 1:17-18- Father open my spiritual eyes and my eyes of understanding. Make me a decoder of mysteries by so doing in Jesus’ name.
3. I Samuel.3:10- Father when you call please help me to hear and to answer, give me the peculiar hearing ears of Samuel in the mountain removing name of Jesus.
4. I Corinthians 9:2- Father, make me a living proof of your word of secrets in the name of Jesus’ name.
5. Deuteronomy 29:29-Father your secrets that will culminate to multigenerational blessings for my family, give them to me in Jesus’ name.
6. Daniel 10:1-7- The secret that will liberate my nation, in the order of Daniel reveal to me and help me to understand it in Jesus’ name.
