Text: Psalm 37:25-26; Genesis 26:1-5
” I have been young, and now am old; Yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. [26] He is ever merciful, and lendeth; And his seed is blessed.”
” And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar. [2] And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of: [3] sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father; [4] and I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; [5] because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.”
Greetings of multi generational blessings to you our dear reader and friend wherever you are connecting with us for today’s feast of the word and prayer world over.
According to Deuteronomy 1:8 which says:
” Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them.”
The plan of God for you and your seed will not be truncated by anyone.
You will not loose your possession to the enemy
Neither your seed or their seed shall be wasters of their inheritance in Jesus’ name. AMEN AND AAAMEN.
Today we are focusing on “Multi generational Benefits of Righteousness.” Our great God is a multi generational God. Being the ancient of days who was and is and will forever be, the Almighty God indeed.
In our Bible reference above, the anointed Psalmist says:
A. He was a young man
B. But like everyone he had become old
C. And all his life he had not seen the righteous forsaken.
D. His seed also will never be allowed to beg.
Now what are we saying here?:
1. Right standing with God is a very profitable venture.
2. It pays dividend for you now and for the future generation as well.
Never sow a seed today whose future harvest you don’t desire. Because as surely as day follows night, whatever you sow you shall reap.
Secondly, what comes out later as harvest is usually greater than the seed sown. Much more of what is sown is delivered to the sower both as a reminder of the past and as a way of providing more of such seed to sow!!!
When Jonathan sowed into the life of David he would not know that his lame son will harvest what he sowed.
When Abraham obeyed God’s word he was setting the stage for Isaac to break new ground and be great even greater than his own father.
It is written in Psalm 25:12-13
” Who is the man that fears the Lord? Him shall He teach in the way He chooses. [13] He himself shall dwell in prosperity, And his descendants shall inherit the earth.”
Further more, the children of the righteous are guaranteed to flourish in the land.This is the way the word of God put it in Psalm 102:28
” The children of Your servants will continue, And their descendants will be established before You.”
The children of the righteous shall CONTINUE!!
They shall be ESTABLISHED right before God.
If what you do today will determine the stand of your children before God in future, we counsel you to do good, let the fear of God guide your daily thoughts, actions and utterances.
Many people today are going from one deliverance service to another because of the activities of their forerunners.
Many have been made hewers of wood and drawers of water because their ancestors were idol worshipers.
Stand up against any form of ungodliness and say no to idolatry under any guise. For God is not moved by our actions alone but by our inner most thoughts as well.
Avoid worship of self.
Set yourself free from mammon worshiping.
The gods of this world cannot entrap you now without your future generation partaking of the consequences. When fathers eat sour grapes the teeth of the children cannot but be set on the edge.
Arise, thank and serve God wholeheartedly today and move forward from glory to glory.
PONDER ON THIS MATTER AND PRAY ABOUT IT.

5. Psalm 37:25-Father as I grow in righteous living, let your presence increase all around me and my children shall never beg in life in Jesus’ name.
6. Genesis 26:22-Father, I step into my Rehoboth this season with the combined forces of righteousness and diligence and nobody takes my place in destiny in the name of Jesus.
