Text: John 20:24-29
” Now Thomas, called the Twin, one of the twelve, was not with them when Jesus came. [25] The other disciples therefore said to him, “We have seen the Lord.” So he said to them, “Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.” [26] And after eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, “Peace to you!” [27] Then He said to Thomas, “Reach your finger here, and look at My hands; and reach your hand here, and put it into My side. Do not be unbelieving, but believing.” [28] And Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Lord and my God!” [29] Jesus said to him, “Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
Greetings of divine help to you beloved reader and friend wherever you are connecting with us for today’s firerised sojourn in the word and prayer worldover.
It is written in Psalm 119:173 as follows:
” Let Your hand become my help, For I have chosen Your precepts.”
Therefore as you embrace divine precepts may the hand of the Lord arise to help you.
The wonder working hand of the Lord will work wonders in your spiritual life this day and season.
In the order of Elijah, the hand of God will energize you and position you ahead of every competitor in your area of endeavours.
The Everlasting hand of God will keep renewing you until your entire assignment is done on earth in Jesus’ name. AMEN & AAAMEN.
Today we are sharing on ‘Refining doubt out of your Mind’. Doubt which is a feeling of uncertainty and lack of conviction is diametrically opposed to a life of faith that Christianity symbolises. In other words a man cannot be a successful christian and be a doubter at the same time. That is why doubt repulses God.
In our scriptural reference above, Jesus resurrected and showed himself to his disciples, but Thomas was not there at the time and place and he doubted the fact that the master had actually resurrected.
Jesus decided to reveal himself to his disciples the second time and this time ensuring that Thomas was physically present there.
The man express his believe but the master said
blessed are those who did not wait to see before they actually believed.
Doubt is a powerful spiritual perforator. Doubt is the most dishonoring sin to God and it tends to make all good look bad, small wonder Thomas lost a colossal blessing.
LOSSES OF THOMAS TO UNBELIEF
A. He was one of the disciples of Jesus for more than three years. His last minute unbelief was a major disqualifier of his labour of several years
Beloved reader may you not suffer such last a minute loss.
B. When the master showed up amongst the disciples the second time it was principally to let Thomas see his own folly. Jesus then pronounced a blessing on those who did not see but believed BUT EXEMPTED THOMAS. WHAT!?.
C. Today the name of Thomas is mainly identified with doubt, all of his achievements have been obliterated. GOD HAVE MERCY!!!.
Beloved reader, do everything to refine doubt out of your mind with the help of God.
HOW TO FIRE DOUBT
1. You need to ensure you are consistently hearing the word of God through various channels such as:
#…Consistent personal reading of of God’s word.
#…Regular attendance of fellowship where the word is taught or preached regularly too WITH YOUR ACTIVE PARTICIPATION BY WAY OF DISCUSSION AND QUESTIONS.
#…Listening to God’s word on every electronic device and social media platforms.
2. Stay close to friends who are word addicts.
3. Become a distributor of God’s word yourself.
4. Pray Malachi 3:3 into clear manifestation in your life. Furious firerised prayers is still potent enough to settle many things.
PONDER ON THIS MATTER AND SEEK GOD’S FACE IN PRAYERS ABOUT IT.

8. PRAY IN THE SPIRIT NOW AND SERIOUSLY TOO THAT GOD WILL REFINE DOUBT OUT OF YOUR MIND.
